BachnerElectroUSAINC in Duncan, South Carolina, seeks a dynamic VP of Commercial Electrical to lead the division, manage projects, and drive growth. You will guide managers, estimators, and engineers, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with high safety and quality standards.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, deep electrical systems knowledge, and strong business acumen to build client relationships and pursue new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in electrical engineering or project management in industrial/construction sectors.
• Minimum 5+ years in leadership or executive-level role.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems, methods, technologies, and equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, industry standards, and project processes.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent electrical projects.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, strategic planning, project financials, and overall performance of the Commercial Electrical Division.
• Provide executive-level leadership and guidance to a team of electrical managers, estimators, and project engineers.
• Plan, execute, and ensure completion of electrical projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with goals to drive divisional growth.
• Identify opportunities for business development and market expansion.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, forecast costs, and achieve financial targets.
• Support team development through mentoring, training, and performance management.
• Enforce safety best practices and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Serve as key contact for client communications and project updates.
• Drive operational improvements through processes and new technologies.
• Report on divisional performance, project status, and financial metrics to leadership.
