Job summary

Bachner Electro USA, a leading electrical contracting firm, seeks an Electrical Project Manager to drive complex commercial and industrial projects from concept to closeout. You will plan, execute, and monitor scope, budget, schedule and quality while coordinating with design teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical Engineering or related field, proven PM experience in construction, strong knowledge of electrical codes, and proficient use of PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in construction or electrical contracting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for projects.
• Ensure all documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project logs, is accurate and up to date.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
