BachnerElectroUSA is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on construction projects in Cayce, SC. You will supervise daily electrical work, plan tasks for electricians and apprentices, and ensure installations align with project plans and NEC codes.

Work closely with the Electrical Project Manager to maintain schedules, uphold quality standards, and deliver successful outcomes. OSHA guidelines and safety discipline are required on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as foreman or supervisor on commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction plans.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and NEC codes.
• Pre-employment screening including background, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on construction sites.
• Plan and coordinate daily electrical tasks for electricians and apprentices.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide field installs.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedules.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and codes.

PositionSummary

WeareseekinganexperiencedElectricalForemantoleadelectricalcrewsandoverseefieldoperationsonconstructionprojects.TheElectricalForemanisresponsibleforsupervisingdailyelectricalwork,coordinatingmanpowerandmaterials,andensuringinstallationsarecompletedsafely,efficiently,andaccordingtoprojectplansandspecifications.ThisroleworkscloselywiththeElectricalProjectManagertomaintainprojectschedules,upholdqualitystandards,anddeliversuccessfulprojectoutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

• Superviseandleadelectricalcrewsonconstructionjobsites,ensuringworkisperformedsafelyandefficiently.
• Plan,assign,andcoordinatedailyworkactivitiesforelectriciansandapprentices.

• Coordinatematerialdeliveriesandensureproperuseandcareoftoolsandequipment.
• Maintainjobsitedocumentationincludingdailyreports,safetylogs,andworkprogressupdates.
• Assistintrainingandmentoringelectriciansandapprenticestomaintainastrongandcapableworkforce.

Qualifications

• 5+yearsofexperienceintheelectricalconstructionindustry.
• ProvenexperienceinaForemanorsupervisoryroleoncommercialorindustrialelectricalprojects.
• Strongknowledgeofelectricalsystems,installationmethods,andNECcodes.
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretelectricaldrawingsandconstructionplans.
• Excellentleadership,communication,andorganizationalskills.
• Abilitytomanagemultipletasksandmaintainproductivityinafast-pacedenvironment.
• JourneymanElectricianlicensepreferred.
• OSHA10orOSHA30certificationpreferred.
