Bachner Electro USA INC is seeking a dynamic VP of Commercial Electrical to lead the Electrical Division in Duncan, SC. This executive will oversee project execution, budgets, and client relationships to drive growth while maintaining quality and compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in electrical engineering or project management within industrial/construction sectors.
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership or executive-level role.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems, codes, and project processes.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent electrical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, strategic planning, project financials, and overall performance of the Commercial Electrical Division.
• Provide executive leadership to electrical managers, estimators, and project engineers.
• Plan, execute, and ensure completion of electrical projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for the division.
• Manage client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, strategic planning, project financials, and overall performance of the Commercial Electrical Division
• Provide executive-level leadership and guidance to a team of electrical managers, estimators, and project engineers
• Plan, execute, and ensure completion of electrical projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all project activities
• Develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and drive divisional growth
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business development and market expansion within the commercial electrical sector
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial targets are achieved
• Support team development through mentoring, training, and performance management
• Enforce safety best practices and ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies
• Serve as a key point of contact for client communications, project updates, and conflict resolution
• Drive operational improvements through process enhancements and adoption of new technologies
• Report on divisional performance, project status, and financial metrics to executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in electrical engineering or project management within industrial/construction sectors
• Minimum 5+ years in a leadership or executive-level role
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems, methods, technologies, and equipment
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, industry standards, and project processes
• Experience managing multiple concurrent electrical projects
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
• Ability to interpret and work with contract documents and P&ID drawings
