Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive rapid, iterative improvements to digital support journeys.
• Identify opportunities to launch strategic transformational initiatives.
• Diagnose operational pain points and implement a path forward with stakeholders across Product, Technology and Delivery.
• Establish execution frameworks for consistent identification of digital journey pain points.
• Build processes to optimize resources (people, technology, capital) and outcomes.
• Develop presentations to articulate transformational opportunities and advocate for them.
• Manage projects against strategic pillars and monitor KPIs to measure success.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning personalization strategy to end-to-end journey orchestration.
• Bring data-driven insights and analyses to problem-solving and strategic planning.
