JPMorganChase is seeking a highly organized professional to lead the Planning and Advice Transformation, modernizing how advisors deliver planning and advice through a digitally-enabled experience.

You will drive strategy, support advisor-facing digital tools, and coordinate across Tech, Product, and Business teams to accelerate the unified planning system. This role emphasizes structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven work in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory services.
• Background in strategy, transformation, or advisory roles handling multiple engagements.
• Exposure to industry financial planning software platforms.
• Experience supporting advisor-facing digital tools or workflows.
• Familiarity with executive reporting and status communications.

Responsibilities

• Play a central role in the Planning and Advice Transformation and roadmap execution.
• Support digital product initiatives across the Planning and Advice portfolio.
• Structure and drive transformation workstreams from framing to execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Product, and Business teams.
• Assist in digitization of new planning tools for advisors from requirements to launch.
• Provide clear recommendations and leadership-ready materials.
• Support advisor enablement including training materials and feedback loops.
• Contribute to executive updates and weekly leadership progress reports.
• Flex across initiatives as priorities evolve and capacity is needed.
