Job summary

TelyRx is seeking a leadership role focused on the patient-facing experience across acquisition, PDP/checkout, refills and retention. You will turn the persona of record into a built experience, coordinate with Engineering, and own the surface metrics and conversion improvements.

You will oversee a cross-functional team including Content Experience, SEO, UX, and Personalization, driving experimentation and growth.

Qualifications

• Led digital experience, conversion, or product for a DTC or consumer platform.
• Ran a CRO or experimentation program and moved a conversion metric.
• Owned PDP, checkout, or lifecycle surfaces end to end.

Responsibilities

• Author the experience brief for patient-facing surfaces and commission builds.
• Own conversion rate and lift by surface; run experimentation programs.
• Own PDP, checkout, refill, and win-back surfaces and personalization content.
• Manage martech, tags and conversion tracking on paid and organic channels.
• Lead Content Experience, SEO, Organic Growth, UX, and Personalization leads.
