Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a senior product leader to define and execute the strategy and roadmap for digital adoption and preference management. This role connects capabilities across InFocus, digital delivery, secure document access, client portals, and related Broadridge products.

The successful candidate will align recipient needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial opportunities, leading complex initiatives across multiple products andorganizations through collaboration and influence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital products from strategy through commercialization and adoption.
• Ability to translate regulatory, client, and technology requirements into viable products.
• Experience developing roadmaps, solution packages, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Knowledge of digital channels including email, web, mobile, and notifications.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap for digital adoption & preference management.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, technology, design, data, and operations.
• Develop business cases quantifying digital conversion, savings, and revenue opportunities.
• Create sales enablement materials and client-readiness assessments.
• Lead go-to-market planning with sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
