Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a VP of Digital Communications Capabilities to define and execute the enterprise strategy for digital communications. You will lead the roadmap and evolution of capabilities across email, secure notifications, content, personalization, and orchestration, coordinating with InFocus, Investor Hub, and portal services.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in digital platforms, communications technology, product management, or financial services.
Experience leading enterprise products, capabilities, or high-volume digital ecosystems.
Proven ability to define enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
Experience with regulated, secure, or transaction-sensitive communications.
Strong knowledge of email, web, mobile, push, text channels, and secure document access.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Broadridge’s enterprise strategy for digital communications capabilities, with InFocus as a key platform.
Establish a multiyear roadmap supporting the needs of businesses, clients, investors, and other recipients.
Lead evolution of capabilities across channels: email, notifications, microsites, mobile, and more.
Coordinate capabilities across InFocus, Universal Client Portal, Investor Hub, and related systems.
Create reusable services and standards to accelerate digital communications and reduce duplication.
Ensure security, resiliency, and compliance while scaling capabilities across Broadridge.
