Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, digital adoption, or related field.
• Experience turning regulatory and client needs into viable products.
• Roadmapping, pricing, business cases, and go-to-market planning.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for digital adoption and preference management.
• Develop solutions linking preferences, contact data, digital communications, and document access.
• Lead strategy for capturing and applying communications preferences across channels and accounts.
• Define opt-in/opt-out, paper requests, contact updates, and delivery channel choices.
• Translate regulatory developments and market trends into product requirements and opportunities.
• Lead go-to-market planning with cross-functional teams and create enablement materials.
• Provide regular reporting on adoption, revenue, and performance.
