Job summary

Family Resource Network (FRN) seeks a strategic, mission-driven Senior Vice President, Development to lead fundraising, donor engagement, and philanthropic growth across New Jersey. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, this leader will partner with senior leadership and the Board to strengthen donor relationships, expand revenue, and advance FRN’s mission.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of nonprofit development or fundraising leadership.
Proven success securing major gifts, partnerships, and sponsorships.
Experience with donor databases and development operations.
Senior leadership experience and board collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual and multi-year fundraising strategies aligned with FRN goals.
Build and manage a strong donor pipeline including major gifts and foundations.
Cultivate, solicit, and steward high-capacity donors and corporate partners.
Lead fundraising events, campaigns, and donor recognition programs.
Oversee donor database management, gift tracking, analytics, and compliance.
Partner with the CEO and Board on strategy and growth opportunities.
