Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Vice President for the Master Plan Advisory team to lead master planning, feasibility, and due diligence engagements across the Americas. You will guide project teams, manage a national portfolio, and grow our platform through strategic business development.

You will oversee 2D/3D density studies, entitlement processes, and senior project-manager mentorship while fostering collaboration with design and infrastructure specialists to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Master Planning, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, master planning, or development.
• Experience leading teams on multi-market engagements and managing complex portfolios.
• Proven ability to pitch and secure new client engagements and drive business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national portfolio of master planning, feasibility, and due diligence engagements across markets.
• Direct delivery of master plan projects from inception to completion across multiple sectors.
• Oversee density studies, site test fits, and implementation plans reflecting constructability and client objectives.
• Provide senior oversight of zoning analysis and entitlement processes with jurisdictions and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and senior project managers.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as trusted advisor throughout project lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with business development to craft client pursuits.
• Drive a sales culture within the Master Plan Advisory team and cross-sell within the broader platform.
• Collaborate with design teams to align technical solutions with market needs.
• Manage project financials including budgets and forecasts across the portfolio.
