Northpointe Bank is seeking a Vice President of Deposit Banking to lead growth and modernization of its Deposit Banking business. You will translate enterprise strategy into actionable priorities, build a high-performing team, and partner across Technology, Marketing, Treasury, and Risk to deliver scalable solutions.

This role requires a strong banking leadership background, deep knowledge of deposit products and regulatory environments, and a data-driven approach to decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in banking or financial services.
• Deposit Banking experience and product knowledge.
• Ability to translate strategy into priorities and plans.

• Lead Deposit Banking strategies to support enterprise growth.
