Job summary

Old National Bank in Chicago/DeKalb is seeking a Deposit Products Manager to lead the deposit product strategy across personal and business banking segments. Reporting to the Director of Deposit Products, you will drive product initiatives, pricing, and governance.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and other Product & Digital teams to grow deposits and strengthen client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, banking, financial services, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of the deposit product roadmap, pricing initiatives, and new product launches.
• Leads high-priority deposit product initiatives with cross-functional coordination.
• Manages product governance, including testing, disclosures, and compliance.
• Partner across Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Treasury for execution.
