Job summary
Bank19 seeks a results-oriented Vice President, Banking Operations to strengthen the operational backbone of the bank. You will lead Deposit, Loan, and Payment Operations, and guide data-driven process improvements during a major core banking conversion and ongoing tech changes.
You will partner with executive leadership to balance risk, efficiency, and customer service while mentoring staff and scaling operations for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience across deposit operations, loan servicing, ACH and wire transfers.
- Understanding of core banking systems and regulatory controls.
- Ability to document and improve banking processes and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across Deposit, Loan and Payment Operations.
- Coordinate with core banking conversion and other tech implementations.
- Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with executives to resolve operational issues and drive efficiency.
- Support branch operations and customer-facing activities as needed.
- Assist in regulatory examinations and internal/external audits.
