Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Deposits Product Manager to drive the deposit product strategy across personal and business banking segments. You will report to the Director of Deposit Products and lead initiatives, pricing, and portfolio performance to ensure compliant development and successful delivery.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and other Product & Digital teams to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, banking, financial services, project management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive execution across stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Supports execution of the deposit product roadmap, including pricing initiatives and launches.
• Leads high-priority deposit product initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manages product governance, testing, disclosures, and compliance.
• Partners with Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Treasury to support execution.
