Institute for Community Living Inc. (ICL) in New York is seeking a VP of Data & Impact to lead a department focused on performance measurement, evaluation, and quality improvement across 140 programs.

You will shape departmental strategy, partner with clinical staff, and guide data-driven decision making while advancing a culture of learning and transparency throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in data analytics with leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with program or clinical staff in nonprofit/healthcare settings.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and quality improvement initiatives.
• Fluency in database querying, data analysis, and visualization (SQL, Power BI, R or Python).

Responsibilities

• Shape the departmental vision, priorities, and annual plans with the CDIQO.
• Lead and supervise the Data & Impact team, including staffing and workflows.
• Manage project portfolio, prioritization, coordination, and quality review of deliverables.
• Oversee metrics, dashboards, and standardized reports across programs.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives with program leadership and data-informed reviews.
• Present findings to senior leadership and collaborate with IT on data lakehouse development.
