Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Deep expertise in data center or mission-critical project delivery.
• Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across data center projects and field execution.
• Ensure delivery across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Drive standardized operating models, KPIs, and governance across projects.
• Monitor execution and implement corrective actions to hit targets.
• Oversee project execution across lifecycle focusing on reliability and uptime.
• Ensure delivery of electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Drive consistency in construction and installation of mission-critical systems.
• Provide operational input into constructability, phasing, and fast-track delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement to speed-to-market and cost efficiency.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
• Champion safety culture and quality standards.
