Metric DCX is seeking a VP of Operations to lead data center project delivery across multiple sites in the United States. The role focuses on profitability, schedule adherence, safety, and stakeholder management for large-scale builds.

The executive will shape operations performance, mentor senior teams, and drive coordinated execution across a growing portfolio of mission-critical projects.

Qualificações

• 15–20+ years of construction leadership experience required.
• Experience with data center/mission-critical projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale builds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive oversight of data center projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive performance across schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Lead client, design, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and operations teams.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and project risk.
• Resolve escalated issues and drive consistent execution across the portfolio.
