Job summary

Valor Front Executive Search seeks a Vice President, Data Center Development & Delivery to lead the client's development organization and own site development, design management, procurement, construction, commissioning, and capacity delivery.

Reporting to the CEO, you will convert customer demand into revenue-producing capacity across an active portfolio including Houston and Dallas expansions, with equity participation and board-level visibility in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership of complex facilities projects usually over $50M.
• Experience with liquid cooling solutions and data center infrastructure.
• Vendor/contractor relationships in Texas markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from site development through commissioning and handover.
• Oversee design conformance to reference designs across data halls.
• Manage procurement and supply chain for long-lead equipment.
• Partner with commercial team on cost and schedule during sales cycles.
• Build scalable processes and mentor a development team.
