Job summary

Unlearn is seeking a VP of Clinical Solutions to lead our scientific delivery teams across biostatistics, data science, and ML-driven clinical projects. You will oversee multiple customer engagements, ensure scientific rigor, and align delivery with business growth.

You will partner with executive teams to scale operations, govern analytics standards, and drive measurable outcomes for high-stakes trials while maintaining a strong focus on quality and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading scientific or analytical delivery in clinical development, with senior leadership experience (Senior Director / VP).
• Experience serving biopharma customers in data analytics, biostatistics, data science, or related delivery.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams and governance across statistics, data products, and ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead Unlearn's scientific delivery organization, ensuring quality, timeliness, and rigor for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Engineering, R&D, and Quality Management to shape scopes and unblock delivery.
• Serve as a senior scientific voice with customers, building trust and representing Unlearn's science credibility.
• Develop technical team leaders through mentorship and career development.
• Establish and uphold governance, standards, and quality frameworks for analyses and ML applications.
• Own delivery operations at scale: staffing, capacity planning, and prioritization across customer demands.
• Report delivery health, capacity, and portfolio risk to leadership and manage commitments.
• Build systems and metrics that maintain quality while growing the business.
