Job summary

Unlearn seeks a VP of Clinical Solutions to lead a scientific delivery organization spanning biostatistics, data science, clinical science, and ML for pharma and biotech projects. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and ensure rigorous, regulator-ready delivery across a growing portfolio.

You will report to the COO and partner with Business Development, Product, Engineering, R&D, and Quality Management to align scopes, resources, and delivery timelines, driving excellence at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading scientific or analytical delivery work in clinical development at senior leadership level.
• Experience leading data analytics, biostatistics, data science, or ML delivery for biopharma customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Unlearn's scientific delivery organization across a portfolio of projects with quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Engineering, R&D, Quality Management to shape scopes of work and resolve blockers.
• Serve as a senior scientific voice with customers and build sponsor trust.
• Develop technical leaders through mentorship and career development.
• Establish and uphold technical governance for analyses, data products, and ML applications.
• Own delivery operations: staffing, capacity, prioritization, and scalable processes.
• Report delivery health, capacity, and portfolio risk to leadership.
• Build systems and metrics to maintain quality during growth.
