Job summary

Zenith, a leading media agency within Publicis Groupe, seeks a Senior Vice President of Operations to lead client day-to-day operations and media support for a PepsiCo portfolio. You will drive standardized processes, manage the operations project portfolio, and act as the client POC for legal and procurement.

You will shape processes, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery, budget control, and scalable operations across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations role at a Media Agency in client and media/investment operations.
• 12+ years in media and advertising with progressive responsibility.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client day-to-day operations and media support for the PepsiCo portfolio.
• Drive Relentless Standardization across the account and manage the operations portfolio.
• Serve as client POC for Legal and Procurement; oversee SOW management and staffing.
• Own financials for the client including forecasts, budgets and investments; monthly FMC reporting.
• Oversee tools setup (MediaOcean, MediaTools, Authorize, etc.) and develop best practices across teams.
