Zenith in New York is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the client operations, finance, and investment teams across PepsiCo portfolio, delivering Relentless Standardization and proactive risk management.

You will own forecasts, budgets, SOWs, staffing, and cross‑agency collaboration, shaping processes, tools, and taxonomy in MediaTools and related platforms, with a focus on high‑level client service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a media agency with client and investment operations.
• 10+ years in media/advertising; 5+ years in management.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse groups.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven multi-tasking and deadline-driven delivery.
• Attention to detail and ability to coach others.
• Experience with client transitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of Relentless Standardization across PepsiCo portfolio.
• Manage the operations project portfolio and align with account priorities.
• Be client POC for Legal and Procurement; manage SOW recruitment and team rotations.
• Create and maintain org charts, distro lists and team database.
• Oversee ROAR staff plans and inter-agency collaboration.
• Develop the account playbook and onboard new team members.
• Support content creation for client presentations and QBRs.
• Own the financials: forecasts, budgets, investments, and monthly FMC reporting.
• Partner with client finance to ensure monthly billing accuracy.
