Focus Financial Partners seeks a Vice President to lead Addepar and Canoe data workflows within Client Operations. You will own portfolio data integrity, reporting readiness, and scalable processes for client reporting and investment operations.

You will collaborate with analytics, trading, and technology vendors, driving improvements and documenting best practices while mentoring associates in data workflows and governance.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in investment operations or related financial services.
• Experience with Addepar, Canoe, or similar platforms.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to document repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Addepar data operations and reporting readiness.
• Maintain data quality and control ownership across workflows.
• Collaborate with analytics, trading, and tech vendors on enhancements.
• Investigate complex data, reporting, and platform issues; document fixes.
• Create procedures and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical guidance on investment data workflows to the team.
