Job summary

CORPAY is seeking a Vice President of Full AP Implementations to lead the Implementation Services and Technical Implementation functions, shaping strategy, standards, and performance across the organization. Location options include Brentwood, TN; Atlanta, GA; Richmond, VA, with remote work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership in implementation or operations.
• Experience leading multi-layered teams and developing senior leaders.
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen with budget experience.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders across complex orgs.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, and operational systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Implementation Services and Technical Implementation organizations with executive strategy and performance objectives.
• Develop and execute long- and short-range plans to support onboarding speed and customer adoption.
• Provide executive leadership and mentorship to senior directors and leaders.
• Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding with cross-functional handoffs.
• Drive operational excellence through benchmarking, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
• Direct budget planning and resource allocation for efficiency and growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales to align product and messaging.
• Continuously evaluate systems and workflows to improve effectiveness.
• Build strong executive relationships for cohesive execution.
