Job summary

Ruder Finn is seeking a Vice President of Analytics to join its TechLab team. This senior role partners with clients and internal teams to connect paid media strategy, platform performance, and data-driven decision making across integrated campaigns.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in paid media analytics, measurement, and storytelling, with a proven record of building dashboards and governance frameworks. This leadership position drives innovation and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing or analytics roles, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
• Proven track record leading paid media analytics, performance analysis and measurement for complex campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic) and GA4; Excel/Sheets; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media analytics and measurement across integrated marketing programs aligned to client objectives.
• Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and governance for scalable reporting.
• Provide strategic counsel with data-driven insights to clients and internal teams.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor analytics talent and contribute to capability building across the agency.
