Job summary

MEDHOST, a division of Harris, seeks a technology executive to lead software engineering and advance AI strategy across its product and platform portfolio. You will build high-performing teams, execute on the technology roadmap, and drive AI-driven innovation throughout the enterprise.

You will collaborate with executives to align priorities, improve delivery, security, and operations, and influence technology decisions with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive technology experience incl. 8+ years in software leadership.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles leading large software teams.
• 3-5+ years experience with EHR/healthcare software environments.
• Proven success modernizing platforms and leading AI-driven initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing software engineering organization delivering products and platforms.
• Translate business strategy into executable technology priorities and investments.
• Oversee AI-first transformation across products and AI-DLC initiatives.
• Drive modernization of legacy apps, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI capabilities.
• Establish KPIs to measure progress, AI adoption, and business impact.
