This role partners with executive leadership to translate business strategy into technology priorities, achieving measurable outcomes and enhanced security, reliability, and performance
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology with 8+ years leading software engineering teams
- 3-5+ years in healthcare/EMR environments
- Proven success modernizing platforms and driving AI initiatives
- Experience with AI governance, model orchestration, and security/compliance
- Ability to translate business strategy into executable technology priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing software engineering organization
- Drive AI-first strategy across products and AI-DLC workflows
- Oversee modernization of legacy apps, cloud platforms, and APIs
- Partner with executives to align technology with business goals
- Establish metrics to measure impact and progress in AI adoption
