Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Service Strategy Team within Custody Solutions. You will drive initiatives that improve client experience, efficiency, and growth across our RIA Custody platform, leveraging automation, data, and AI to scale the service organization.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Client Service to develop business recommendations, analyze performance, and present executive-ready materials for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-8 years in business strategy, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to influence outcomes through partnership and communication.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives to improve client experience and operations.
