Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Service Strategy Team within Custody Solutions. The role focuses on driving strategic initiatives to enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, and scale the service organization through automation and data-driven strategies.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Client Service teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and provide executive-ready materials for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, analytics, project management, operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives to improve client experience, efficiency, service scalability, and business performance.
• Document business requirements, develop use cases, and support solution design.
• Analyze performance metrics and client feedback to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Build business cases with risks, benefits, and success criteria.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, reporting, and strategy materials for leadership.
• Coordinate project workstreams, track deliverables, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Measure outcomes and report on the impact of automation, AI, and transformation programs.
