Goldman Sachs is seeking a VP-level professional to lead initiatives in Custody Solutions’ Service Strategy Team in Salt Lake City. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Client Service to drive data-driven recommendations and implement AI-enabled improvements.

The role focuses on client experience, operational efficiency, and scalable service delivery across a rapidly growing platform, with exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-8 years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives to improve client experience, efficiency, and scalability.
• Document business requirements with cross-functional teams and support solution design.
