InnovAge seeks a Vice President, Product to lead enterprise product management focused on AI, workflow transformation, automation, and digital enablement. You’ll bridge business operations and technology, drive strategy, governance, adoption, and value realization, and partner with IT to scale solutions.

You’ll build a team delivering templates, roadmaps, and implementation playbooks that align AI investments with priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 12+ years of leadership in product management and transformation.
• Experience with enterprise-scale programs and governance.
• Strong financial, ROI, and business case capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence executives and manage change.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead enterprise product strategy and portfolio for AI and automation.
• Drive workflow redesign and future-state operating models.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Partner with IT and security to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
