Job summary
APG Federal Credit Union seeks a senior technology leader to guide data management, AI, and software development across the enterprise. You will define strategy, oversee execution, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that support data-driven decisions and member experiences in a highly regulated banking environment.
You will partner with CIO, executives, and business units to shape roadmaps, governance, and analytics platforms, including Power BI, while mentoring teams and driving
Qualifications
- Requires 10 years in IT enterprise data management, software development, AI, or IT engineering.
- 5+ years leading high-performing technology teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, data management, AI, or related field.
- Microsoft SQL fluency; remote workforce experience preferred.
- Advanced certifications in AI, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or SQL Server are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise data management, AI, software development, and emerging technologies.
- Develop strategy, oversee execution, deliver scalable, secure solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders, guide make-or-buy decisions, build high-performing teams.
- Ensure governance, KPIs, and regulatory alignment across initiatives.
- Mentor staff and manage budgets, roadmaps, and risk.
