Job summary

Landmark Credit Union is seeking a visionary VP of Analytics and AI to define and execute its enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy. You will partner with IT, Digital, Lending, Finance, Risk, and Marketing to deliver high-value insights and AI investments that support strategy and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience defining and executing enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading enterprise-level analytics and data teams.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance alignment in a regulated industry.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern data platforms, ML concepts, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and BI tooling.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain analytics talent.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and model governance.
• Ability to align analytics with enterprise strategy and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year analytics and AI roadmap aligned to strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Lead BI/reporting, data science, and AI/automation teams delivering actionable insights for executives and managers.
• Partner with IT and business leadership to govern data platforms, data governance, and self-service analytics.
• Establish data quality, privacy, and model governance standards in collaboration with Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives, enabling informed decision-making at the board and leadership levels.
• Scale AI and automation capabilities to improve member experience and operational efficiency.
• Champion responsible AI practices including monitoring, explainability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Define KPIs, measure impact, and communicate value realization to governance forums.
• Oversee budgets, platforms, and vendor relationships to ensure measurable value.
