Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking entrepreneurial Agentic Software Engineers to join the AI Agentic Systems team. You will build scalable multi-agent systems that plan, transform, and validate modern workflows across a vast technology estate while collaborating with diverse business units to identify high-impact use cases.

As a founding member, you will help incubate a new paradigm of software engineering beyond static automation, enabling dynamic, goal-oriented agentic systems across the firm.

Qualifications

• Software engineering excellence with proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Orchestration: design and deploy multi-agent systems across distributed cloud environments.
• Learning and Feedback: build human-in-the-loop systems and observability for continuous agent improvement.
• Tool Integration: integrate with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, data platforms, and operations systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with diverse business units to translate needs into agentic workflows.
