As a founding member, you will move beyond static automation to dynamic, goal-oriented agentic systems spanning the firm’s diverse business units, shaping the future of enterprise software at scale.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, Go, Java or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience deploying and operating LLM-based agents in production.
• Familiarity with agentic patterns and AI evaluation benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Orchestration: design and deploy multi-agent systems across distributed cloud environments.
• Learning and Feedback: build human-in-the-loop evaluation and observability frameworks.
• Tool Integration: integrate APIs, CI/CD, data platforms and operational systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with business units to identify high-impact agent use cases.
