Job summary

Paylocity seeks an executive to lead Admissions Consulting and Academic Instruction, reporting to the CEO. This VP role sets the strategic vision, drives program development, enrollment strategy, and talent management while ensuring cross-functional execution and data-driven planning.

You will partner with senior leadership to scale services, align with market insights, and build a high-performing team culture across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an Ivy League or UC university; Master's/Doctorate preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Admissions, Counseling or Education.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven decision making and strategic planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for Admissions Consulting programs and services.
• Lead program development, execution, and evaluation.
• Partner with the Sales team to establish goals and performance standards.
• Provide enrollment forecasting and data-driven planning.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate department leaders and staff.
• Define KPIs and accountability frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support company goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning.
• Communicate program performance and initiatives to senior leadership.
