Rancho Santiago Community College District in Orange County seeks a seasoned Business Manager to lead the college's administrative services, budget development, facilities, and auxiliary operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate district services, ensure compliance with policies, and work with diverse stakeholders to support students and campus operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience.
• Desirable Master's degree in relevant field.
• Ability to communicate, resolve conflicts, and lead teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver administrative services and budgets.
• Supervise budget, facilities, bookstore/food services, transportation, and central district services.
• Coordinate liaison with District Business Operations and Fiscal Services.
• Plan programs and evaluate services.
• Advise and supervise college committees and task forces.
