Job summary

Havenly, Inc. in Denver, CO is hiring a Vice President, Accounting & Controller to lead all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, fixed assets and revenue recognition. You will partner with the CFO to drive growth and improve processes across the finance function.

You will manage a team of accounting professionals, strengthen internal controls, oversee audits and tax compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support the business.

Qualifications

• CPA designation and 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, fixed assets and revenue recognition.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance; coordinate audits and tax filings.
• Lead a team of accounting professionals and develop a future-ready accounting function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
