Job summary

Havenly is seeking a Vice President, Accounting & Controller in Denver, CO. You will oversee all accounting operations, drive financial reporting, and lead a growing team. The role partners with the CFO to optimize processes, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic planning.

Qualifications

• CPA with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize all accounting operations, including close processes and audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate audit activity and tax filings.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.
