Havenly Brands in Denver, CO is seeking a Vice President, Accounting & Controller to lead all accounting operations and drive process improvements. You will report to the CFO and partner with the leadership team to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and timely audits.

The role requires a CPA with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory capacity, strong GAAP knowledge, and expertise in NetSuite and ERP systems, plus advanced Excel.

Qualificações

• CPA designation with 10+ years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, fixed assets and revenue recognition.
• Own monthly and quarterly close processes, audits, and internal controls.
• Coordinate annual financial and contract audits and tax filings.
• Lead and mentor accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Provide financial insights to leadership to drive informed decisions.
