Job summary

Macquarie Asset Management is seeking a Vice President to join the first-line Risk team supporting the Alternatives-to-Wealth, Wealth Solutions and Investment Solutions businesses. You will drive and enhance risk management across a growing global platform, partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and new product development.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in operational risk, internal or external audit, risk management, or operations within asset management or financial services.
• Experience across alternative investments within wealth products; knowledge of US regulations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SOX programs and third-party/external-tester oversight; ability to present updates to Board and senior management.
• Strong knowledge of non-financial risk frameworks, internal controls, and business control environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of risk management frameworks across A2W, Wealth Solutions, and Investment Solutions.
• Partner with investment, asset management, and functional teams across the Americas and EMEA to provide risk advice on transactions and new products.
• Oversee key operational risk activities, including incident management, third-party risk programs, control assessments, and governance processes.
• Prepare risk insights and reporting for senior management, boards, and investors, strengthening the overall control environment.
