Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credit risk, banking, credit research or related financial services.
• Experience analyzing private funds, hedge funds, regulated funds and other institutional counterparties.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis and counterparty due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage credit risk across fund counterparties and financial market transactions.
• Identify key credit risks and provide timely recommendations on approvals, limits and risk mitigations.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of counterparties and market developments, including annual reviews and exposure management.
• Support negotiation of legal agreements and structural protections to ensure sound risk management.
