Morgan Stanley is seeking a Financial Crimes Risk Intelligence & Assessment Officer VP to lead the First Line Financial Crimes program for Wealth Management and U.S. Banks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with BSA/AML regulations within financial services.
• Financial crimes risk assessments for client relationships and thematic reviews.
• ACAMS (CAMS) or equivalent AML certification/license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee portfolio/thematic financial crimes risk assessments across clients, products, and geographies.
• Translate analytics outputs into risk decisions, client action plans, and governance narratives.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and data/analytics teams to implement first-line controls.
