Job summary

Citi is seeking a Vice President of Structuring for its Non-Agency Residential Financing & Securitization Group. The successful candidate will lead the structuring of Non-Agency RMBS transactions, create complex cash-flow waterfalls, and collaborate with various teams on the rating agency process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structured finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Intex Deal Maker required.
• Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify complex cash‑flow waterfalls.
• Collaborate with the banking team on the rating agency process.
