Job summary

Citigroup’s Non-Agency Residential Financing & Securitization Group is seeking a Director of Structuring to lead end-to-end structuring and cash-flow modeling for Non-Agency RMBS transactions. The role involves Intex Deal Maker models, stress testing, and collaboration with Citi’s principal CMLTI business.

The candidate will work with rating agencies, prepare offering documents, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring compliance and risk controls across deals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of structured finance experience
• Bachelor’s in quantitative/financial discipline; advanced degree or CFA considered a plus
• Advanced proficiency with Intex Deal Maker required
• Strong understanding of rating agency methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end structuring for Non-Agency RMBS transactions
• Create and modify complex cash-flow waterfalls and mechanics
• Build models with Intex and conduct stress tests and scenario analysis
• Support rating agency processes and defend structural assumptions
• Coordinate offering documents with outputs and manage junior staff
