Job summary

USAA is seeking a senior technology/digital product leader to define and drive the Next Best Experience strategy across members' journeys. You will align member needs with business priorities, guide governance and operating models, and partner with Digital, Technology, Analytics, Marketing and LoB leaders to shape enterprise experience priorities.

In this role you will oversee the evolution of product and engagement experiences anchored in life events to deepen member value and brand affinity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
10 years of experience as a Technology, Product Management or Digital transformation leader for Association initiatives and platforms.
6 years of direct team lead or leading matrixed, large scaled teams.
Strategic thinker with ability to execute association-wide efforts on product strategy.
Strong business and technology acumen with customer experience focus.
Experience with Agile delivery and regulatory compliance knowledge.
Familiarity with GLBA, TCPA and ADA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead USAA's Next Best Experience strategy across channels, products, and journeys.
Establish governance and operating model for Next Best Experience across the lifecycle.
Align member needs with data-driven insights to deliver timely experiences.
