Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive-level VP to lead the new client onboarding marketing strategy for Business Banking deposit customers.

The role focuses on optimizing onboarding experiences, accelerating early activation, and establishing a foundation for long-term loyalty. You will partner across Product, Digital Customer Experience, Analytics, and Creative to deliver personalized, channel-optimized outreach.

Qualifications

Curiosity about what motivates customer action and turning insights into program enhancements.
Ability to pivot quickly in an evolving environment and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
Strong written, verbal, and storytelling skills with clear senior-leader communication.
Experience with multi-channel marketing programs and CRM strategies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own the onboarding strategy and roadmap for Business Banking deposit customers across channels.
Drive early activation through critical setup actions.
Evolve the program to deepen relationships via education and next-best-action.
Lead measurement, experimentation, and performance storytelling with Analytics.
Develop Personalization & Insights attributes for targeting and test-and-learn.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive, compliant customer journey.
Secure timely governance approvals with Legal, Regulatory, and Risk/Compliance.
