Job summary

Achieving the Dream, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Network Engagement and Growth to lead growth, retention, and relationship management across the ATD Network.

Reporting to the President and CEO, you will own college recruitment, renewal of members, and the systems that track membership and revenue. You will design strategy for the network, set targets, and supervise the Executive Director of Network Engagement and Services Management, shaping engagement across campuses nationwide and

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; doctorate preferred.
• Minimum ten years of leadership experience in higher education, nonprofit, or membership organizations.
• Experience building membership, revenue, and retention programs.
• Experience implementing CRM systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Grow and renew the ATD Network by recruiting new colleges and maintaining relationships.
• Own revenue targets and contribute to budget planning.
• Set network engagement strategy and convening plans.
• Lead division leadership and supervise senior directors.
• Represent ATD with presidents, system leaders, and national partners.
